Youth Program Staff (Summer Camp, Before/After School, & Childwatch)
Youth Program Staff create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. They lead engaging activities, support daily routines, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Whether in summer camp, before and after school programs, or Childwatch, staff serve as positive role models who reflect the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Lifeguard
We’re seeking dedicated individuals with strong swimming skills and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all patrons. Benefits include FREE training while getting paid and a FREE individual membership to the YMCA.
