Franklin County, Va. (March 3, 2026) – The Franklin County Family YMCA is proud to announce the promotion of Jesse Taylor to the role of Membership Services Coordinator. Jesse brings a wealth of professional experience, community passion, and a deep commitment to serving others to her new position.
Jesse joins the YMCA in this expanded leadership role after nine years with Allstate Insurance, where she served in multiple capacities including Knowledge Center Management, Corporate Claim Assistant, and Technical Support Representative. Her eagerness to excel, dedication to learning, and love for people allowed her to advance quickly within the organization, earning numerous awards and accolades along the way.
In addition to her corporate career, Jesse is also the owner and operator of her catering business, TaylorEatz, while raising four children and actively volunteering in multiple youth sports and activities. She is also deeply involved in her church community at Inner Faith Fellowship Ministries. For the past six years, Jesse has served members at the Franklin County Family YMCA front desk, where her warm personality and welcoming spirit have made a lasting impact on members and staff alike.
“All of Jesse’s experience and passion for people will assist in not only a successful transition into her position as Membership Services Coordinator but will also enhance the potential for success of the YMCA,” said Jessica Thomason, Branch/Membership Director. “She has a friendly, bubbly personality, never meets a stranger, and has the unique ability to make everyone feel comfortable the moment they walk through our doors. We are confident she will thrive in this role.”

“Hello all! I’m beyond excited to join the team in a deeper and more effective role! I looooooove my YMCA family and our community! Not being a Franklin County native, I’ve taken a strong love to our community and the families that build our community. I’ve been serving with the great FCYMCA front desk team for about six years and have had the most amazing encounters with all the amazing families! My goal is to ensure that the YMCA partners with our community to build a better and healthier place for us all.”
