Cross training is interval training that focuses on functional strength using multi-joint exercises for a high intensity half hour. Try these classes at no extra charge for members and get in the best shape of your life.

Monday-Friday 6:30am-7:00am

Monday-Friday 8am-9pm

Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm-6:00pm
